"JXT" - JULIA'S XTREME TRAINING "JXT-I" - Series of 4 consecutive classes for 4 people - $160.00 Friday @ 6am "JXT-II" - Series of 4 consecutive weeks (8 sessions) - $320.00 Tuesday @ Thursday 10:15am
This workout is all about muscle confusion. You'll use barbells, dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, jump ropes, resistive tubes, TRX suspension ropes, Paper towels (WTH) and your own resistance for a full body "Strength" workout that just keeps on giving. This is not a my high repetition Boot Camp Workout, this is "Strength" work, fewer repetitions and heavier weight. This class is offered as a series of 4 consecutive weeks for 4 people. Choose "JXT-I" on Friday @ 6am or "JXT-II" on Tuesday & Thursday @ 10:15am. Each person will have their own weight bench and all the equipment listed above for the Ultimate Strength Training Experience. Each week you'll get a completely different workout. This class always fills up fast.

"Hard Core" Circuits - Series of 4 consecutive classes - $120.00 Friday's @ 7am & 8am
A semi private workout designed for 4-6 people for a series of 4 consecutive classes. These circuits are a challenging combination of TRX suspension rope drills and cardiovascular intervals with a jump rope. Designed to increase strength and burn fat. This is the ultimate functional full body/core training. Better body awareness, balance, coordination, improved posture and stamina are just a few of the benefits that you can expect to gain. Along with a stronger, leaner, more toned body. No weights necessary. Suitable for all levels of fitness, as each person is moving at their own pace.

Julia's Mini Boot Camp - $200.00
Need to get started but cannot commit to 4 days per week? This is a great introduction to the boot camp program. 2 days per week for 4 weeks. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday @ 6:00 am, 9:00 am or 5:30 pm. You pick the 2 days that work best for your schedule. This program includes the eating plan, body fat analysis and tracking of weight loss.
Personal Fitness Consultation - $300.00
If you are motivated to workout on your own and just need a plan. This is for you. I'll design a workout to fit your specific needs. Whether it's a home or gym workout. I'll create a fun program that will get you fit and moving in a positive direction. Your fee includes:

"SAFE BY CHOICE" Self-Protection Seminar- $100.00
This seminar provides a basic understanding of vulnerability management. It covers personal and home safety that is a must for you and your family. This two hour "Personal protection" seminar is not your typical "self-defense" training of kick and punch, but simplistic, reality based training in attack prevention through awareness.
